La observación que puedo mencionar es que la alberca no estaba muy bien tratanda, se veía algo turbia y la temperatura tampoco estaba muy bien adecuada, se sintió muy caliente. La atención les faltó un poco más amabilidad. La demora en el restaurante también es algo que igual podrían mejorar.

La recepcionista poco amable. Pregunte por la posibilidad de ampliar mi visita y me regañó por no llevar reserva previa. El baño del cuarto la regadera se ve que no la tallan y el jabón escurrido, la coladera llena de cabellos. Los meseros muy mal servicio, había que buscarles la cara para que te atendieran. Muy mal por el lugar.
