The room was clean and bright and well cleaned regularly. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The beach is so close to the hotel. The restaurant was superb for breakfast and dinner with great views out to the bay.

Great location. Amazing staff; all of them so helpful and charming. Good food, great roof terrace. Gym a bit small. Excellent place to stay

The room remain pretty warm throughout the stay even after I complain to the front desk. And wow, we did have one complementary bottle of water upon arrival. The remainder of the stay we were not given any water for our room nor was there access in the evening time to ice. The room also had basic amenities and there was no iron or an iron board in the room great location. The pool seemed nice although we didn’t use it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's a fantastic place! A great pool bar and pool-side bar that serves good food. Dinner buffet is fine but not great. The food service hours are a bit restrictive.
A quick walk into a city with lots of shopping and restaurants, and a very nice beach.
Lots of children and activities for all ages.
Extremely friendly to non-Spanish speakers. It seems like all public-facing staff are fluent in English and German, as well as Spanish.
