This place is an absolute embarrassment and hotels.com should be ashamed of themselves for recommending this as a reputable place to stay. I reached out to them and they offered me no help whatsoever. I had to find my own place to stay in Pueblo Colorado. Hotels.com should be ashamed for claiming this place as a preferred location for anyone with any kind of decency!!!

Room was clean, but smells funny had to spray Lysol. Out side was ran down,sign broken, parking lot asphalt broken, washer and dryer broken! Weeds growing up on side walk. Would not stay here again.

Room was run down really bad. Reeked of cigarettes even though it was non-smoking. Two guys fighting very loudly by the lobby for a good while in the night. Lots of homeless and police sirens. Bed was very dirty under blankets. Tub had what appeared to be mold. Staff were the only positive thing about the location they were very nice .

Door has been broken and not properly repaired, wallpaper was peeling, carpet was filthy (my feet turned black from walking on it), air conditioner ineffective (97°outside), tub was chipped, pitted and rusty, no accessable outlets near the bed, WiFi did not work. I could go on but you get the idea.

The pictures shown for this property are nothing like what you drive up too. The office is closed up only talk through a window and the pool has been closed for 3 yrs now and there is no restaurant and the Wi-Fi router was hooked up right outside my room and still there was no connection in the room. There is rooms closed up with signs on the doors that there is absestas that can cause cancer and the lady next to us said she had bugs in her room. This place is also in homeless downtown area.I wish I could share the pictures I took. Also there is no other Hotels around there to move too. This place is false selling and needs to be taken off the sight and Expedia obviously doesn’t check on their customers updated info so no one is held accountable lesson learned

There was no air conditioning. Their air conditioner was an old air conditioner that did not work properly. They tried to send a staff member in the room and she said it was working properly. Just let it stay on for a while. I let it stay on for 3 hours and it was still real hot in that room, it never cooled down, then they said. They wouldn't want to give me a refund.But they would send me in a fan which still didn't cool off.The room was at least 90° in the room all night. Told the manager and she said there's nothing she can do with a refund. Because her staff lady said the air conditioner was working properly but she didn't want to go in the room to confirm that. horrible place to stay. They try to make it feel like it was my fault. That the air conditioner didn't work.They said they never had a complaint before.Just their tone of voice was real snobby.Will never rent from there ever again. And all their furniture is old. Their beds are real old and broken down..

The picture is very misleading. No one cleaned the room during my stay of 12 nights. The hotel is much older, and I needed a place to stay for a family emergency. The manger was very nice. The sign indicates laundry facilities, which have not been in service since Covid.

It's not fancy but the room was clean and comfortable. It was a quiet hotel. The staff were down to earth and friendly. One even took time to have a conversation. The area is walkable if you don't want to rent a car.

We stayed here because it was the only place we could get when we wanted to do attend the Colorado state fair. The bed was at Good, so I slept. Other than that, there was absolutely nothing about this property that I liked. It was decrepit, smell like smoke, felt unsafe, really needs an upgrade.

I booked a room here a week ago - I did not stay. This place was incredibly run down and antiquated. I was given a room in the corner of the property and I parked next to a car with no windows and full of clothes and goods. My new white car stood out like a daisy in a manure pile. The complex in the center looked like it was perhaps being remodeled, but who knows. The pool was dry and I was scared to glance at what was lying at the bottom. Do not be fooled by the pictures! My room smelled awful and I never even made it to the bathroom. I honestly felt very fearful for my wife and I. Please be careful and cautious if you have to stay here.

This place is unlivable. Filthy! Dangerous! I walked out after seeing all the burn holes in the sheets. It’s basically a drug den. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

La Sra de la recepcion ya nos esperaba, bien Al pasar por el estacionamiento nos dimos cuenta de lo descuidado y sucio que estaba todo Al llegar al cuarto vimos que estaba con polvo, las camas tenian solamente las sabanas que se veian sumamente sucias, nos salimos y rentamos otro hotel, me sorprendio que Hoteles.com pueda tener este hotel en sus listas
