The room was over 80 degrees and ac did not work. The main areas were dirty. Then new room with no fridge or microwave. However, the staff was very nice and helped as much as they could.

Stayed one night and checked in late. There was a sign at the front desk that the fire alarms were not working, a sign on the pool door that the hot tub was out of order, the bathroom light in our room did not work, the breakfast was sad, there was a note that the heating elements were not working so no hot food was available, the butter was a stick in a package, not typical for Hampton Inn.

On arrival discovered pool was out of service. Many things not working from breakfast steam table to vent fan in bar room. Three day stay with no room refresh at all. Staff was friendly but no follow up on problems.

We reserved an ADA room and the first room wasn't clean when we got there at 5pm.They moved us to a 2nd room, but we couldn't get checked in to our room for over an hour because the door wasn't working and they had to call someone to fix it. Several guests were having trouble getting into their rooms. The people working at the desk seemed clueless. They had a posted notice at the front desk that the fire alarms were not working which was alarming. There were a few homeless people loitering around the parking lot which was unnerving. There was no hot breakfast items because the convection oven wasn't working. Overall, the hotel is in mediocre condition and we will not be staying there again.

Lady at desk was very friendly and helpful. But the hotel is nasty a lot of things that need to be fixed. When we checked in one room was so gross. The tub was full of dirty water and tub was nasty. It had not been cleaned. The other room my son and family was in had no refrig , their tub was dirty too. Husband and son said breakfast was gross

Do not stay here!!

I have never stayed in such a dirty Hampton! The bathroom mirror and shower stall was dirty, toilet paper holder was broken and laying on floor. Ceiling vents had dirt hanging out. Carpet and stairwells had dog hair everywhere. If there was anything else available in Cañon City we would have left. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also not good. I would never recommend this place.

The property is very dated. The pool was dirty and disgusting not available to guest, the hot tub did not work at all. The elevator was broken. They placed me in the very back of the hotel, when I pulled around to park there were some shady characters in the parking lot. Scary for a single senior traveling alone. If you want your room cleaned you have to request it. The only thing I would rate above average was some of the housekeeping staff. They were very accommodating.

There was a massive hole in our bathroom door, the people on the other side of the conjoining room were trying to open our door at 3AM we ended up just checking out the next morning because the shower handle also fell off

There was no staff. Doors were randomly locked during the day, pool out of order, elevator broken, no toilet paper for the rooms, broken glass and no toilet paper in the communal bathroom. Locas said owner of the hotel is in jail

Or room was dirty. the microwave and fridge were not plugged in.... we had to move furniture to get it plugged in. the shower did not drain, it was clogged up. the AC did not work right, my husband had to clean the filter just to try and keep it on. IT WAS THE WORST HAMPTON INN WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT.

Very disappointed

Front desk staff was overwhelmed and stressed. They tried to be nice. They sent us to a room that wasn’t clean. When I went back they gave us a new room. This new room didn’t have towels. I had to inquire multiple times before we were given towels. One of the towels had stained from who knows where. Not what I expected from a Hampton. Very dissatisfied

If I could give this property a negative 10 I would. We came into the property at 615 at night after a long day of travel. No rooms were ready. No rooms had been cleaned. Cleaning staff didn’t show up that day. The property looked dingy. Warm water sitting in the drink dispenser as you walk in. People waiting all over the lobby trying to get their rooms. One man had been waiting for an hour and half for the front desk to go clean his room. Owner was on premises but didn’t seem to care. Front desk staff tried to go clean a room while we waited forever to cancel to go find other accommodations. I’ve never seen a Hampton Inn run like this.
