Nancy at the front desk is so helpful and friendly!!! That’s a big plus for me. The location is great, easy walking distance to the riverwalk and some wonderful places to eat and drink. I love Pueblo, it’s one of our favorite places to visit!! The hotel is well kept, smells clean and rooms are well equipped. Would recommend this place.

First I’m a Bonvoy member, when I made my reservation the web site says onsite restaurant. Not true. It’s part of the bar and has a limited menu mostly sandwiches. Checked into the room, room was good, bathroom was not clean. Mold in tile, shampoo ripped off wall. Went to make coffee, no cups, plastic packets with coffee sugars, stir sticks etc, was already open and missing parts. Very disappointing for a Marriott. Says under remodeling but this room looked to be done. Just housekeeping was terrible.

Very nice hotel, the room was nice and spacious. I really liked the couch so that you could watch tv instead of having to sit on the bed. Nancy at the front desk was the highlight of our trip. She worked very hard to get us a room when we were late. She was kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. The mind of employee that makes you love the hotel.

Staff had trouble checking us out and giving us a receipt….computer issues i guess. The breakfast bar food and coffee were great but not enough help there to get orders out in a timely manner. The rooms were clean but the walls are paper thin.
