The hotel and room were beautiful, and the view was absolutely amazing. However, the location is quite far from the city, and there aren't many stores or amenities nearby. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation after just one night due to this inconvenience. Despite not using the facilities for the remaining days, the hotel has not issued a refund. I hope they reconsider and process the refund for the unused nights.

I didn’t like how they said they have a restaurant but they only open it if you have a group of people. My mom and aunt couldn’t eat there. They should have put that or notified the customer when you’re trying to book it. I wouldn’t have booked this for the if I knew.

Fue una experiencia no tan agradable Nos quedamos dos días Llegamos después de las 5pm y la habitación no estaba lista para entregarla la empezaron a Limpiar en ese momento No dejaron toallas de baño Las solicito a recepción el primer día y me dicen que la persona del servicio de limpieza llega a las 10am Al siguiente día no limpiaron la habitación El cuarto con olor a humedad sin ventilador Esta vez no fue tan buena la experiencia.
