Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay - basic, clean and comfortable rooms, and really friendly helpful service from the receptionists and porters. Location can’t be beaten - just moments from the zocalo on a popular street. Only bugbears to note is there is a bit of street noise (but nothing too bad), and more significantly we couldn’t find a wifi network in our room (third floor), so had to use wifi in the common areas. Ok for a short stay but would get tiresome for a longer stay or if you had to do any work online.

El personal es atento, los cuartos son funcionales, aunque sí se escucha el ruido de afuera de las habitaciones, entonces, escuchas a todos los que van saliendo al patio central. El agua caliente, bien. Limpieza, bien. La cama, no tan cómoda pero tampoco es mala. No había botella de agua en la habitación, pero todo bien. La ubicación es excelente y tiene muchos lugares culturales ahí cerca.
