TODO FUE UN FRAUDE Y NUNCA RECOMENDARE ESTA PLATAFORMA Y EL HOTEL A MIS FAMILIARES Y AMIGOS, PORQUE ? 1.- Cuando llegué con mi familia no habia nadie en la recepción, aun no se liquidaba el servicio reservado, porque ya no queriamos quedarnos en ese mal hotel. 2.- Estando frente al gerente del hotel y con su equipo de computo, le solicitamos a "expedia" nos apoyara a cancelar la reservación, porque el gerente nos comentaba que el hotel no podía hacerlo porque la reservación la habia hecho con la plataforma y solo ella podría cancelar. 3.- Nos comunicamos via chat con la plataforma y me decían que solo el hotel podría cancelar (se hechaban la bolita uno a otro), y lo peor, llegó la mentira de la plataforma donde me indican que ya habían hablado por teléfono con el gerente del hotel y él estuvo todo el tiempo con nosotros con su telefono sin sonar ninguna vez. 4.- Tanto el hotel como la plataforma no cumplieron para que me facturaran la liquidación, por cierto mas del 100% de lo que realmente costaba en la recepción. Nunca me facturó el hotel, ya hasta borraron su whatsapp de mi directorio, son unos defraudadores y mentirosos. VOY A PUBLICAR EN MIS REDES SOCIALES EL MAL SERVICIO DE EXPEDIA Y ESTE HOTEL DE POCA MONTA.

La habitación limpia y cómoda, muy amable el personal, pero no nos dieron toallas, no había agua caliente y no hay división entre la regadera y el sanitario, entonces se moja todo. Hay una TV, pero sin señal de canales abiertos, sólo se pueden ver aplicaciones (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube).
