Parking at not extra cost with vallet parking 24 hours (no tip included) Small rooms but clean. Staff are amazing Property is like a time capsule to the Puebla colonial time 10 minutes away from the historic down town or shopping center (by car) Small restaurant inside the property open 7am to 10pm personally I prefere explore the city and new places to eat, but very convenient for people with tight schedulle Thank you guys I really enjoy my stay with you, we'll see you next time ; )

The pictures has nothing to do with the place. I am book 2 rooms one with one bed. It was very small and they told me when I complain that was the one they used for emergencies 🤔 I book it almost 2 months ago. Why they give me social small room . The second room it was with two beds and again nothing to do with the pictures. It was far for everything. Nothing was in a walking distance I have to use and spend more money on taxis and Uber. We tried to look for another place, but we couldn’t find anything to else. Room # 201 very tiny room, Room # 105 with 2 beds Again, nothing to do with the pictures and very noisy You can hear all the noise from the restaurant and the traffic from the street. The only good thing on this place is the staff. They was very kind and they constantly apologize to us.

Excelente servicio, Fernanda de recepción y el señor del Valet increíblemente amables, ella siempre sonriente. La habitación cálida, limpia, ordenada, con todo lo necesario. Hasta burro y plancha. Comimos en el restaurante, rico, lindo, limpio. El mesero muy educado y atento. El estacionamiento seguro, dejaba el auto en la entrada y ahí mismo nos lo entregaban. El hotel hermoso, me encantaron sus pasillos, su fuente, la cúpula. Sin ruidos, fresco. Podría seguir escribiendo de lo bien que lo pasé, solo termino diciendo ¡gracias! Fue maravillosa nuestra estancia en el lugar.

El personal no está capacitado para emitir las facturas de los consumos del restaurante y del hospedaje. Si vienes de viaje de negocios, te tienen esperando más de 15 minutos. No te dicen nada. Y tampoco te entregan las facturas (y te meten en problemas para la comprobación de viáticos en tu trabajo). NO vengan para viajes de negocios.

Trato de encontrar alguna razón para regresar a este hotel, pero no la hay. La habitación sencilla es muy pequeña, tanto que no se puede transitar a gusto y no hay espacio como para guardar más que una maleta pequeña. Nada se parece a las fotos que salen aquí, en realidad todo está más viejo y se nota el poco mantenimiento. El desayuno es prácticamente nada, y al llegar al restaurante encontrarán una barra vacía y menos de 10 opciones a la carta. El sabor y la preparación son regulares, y el tiempo de espera podría mejorar. También hay que tocar para entrar en las noches como si fuera posada. Lo único rescatable es el personal de valet.
