We arrived in the later part of the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our dinner at the Prime restaurant which is conveniently located at the hotel. We will definetly come back in the near future. Oh and we love your cats!

The hotel is a great little oasis of quiet right off of a crazy busy street. Staff are friendly and efficient. The food service is acceptable, and better restaurants are a walk (if you are confident enough to cross the street) or a short taxi ride away. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet.

There were 2 pools and they told us one was heated because the plan was spending the day at the pool but it was impossible because they were very very cold super lack of maintenance

I just bought an executive suite and they did not wanted to give that one because they said that is not for dogs but a single one very small, I just said no!!! I am not going to accept it so they gave me the room 214 instead of something horrible! The 118 I really recommend to people NOT TO ACCEPT IT. It is small dirty without water service at the toilette (they said it was going to be fixed once people inside!) the staff at the front desk the WORST including the coward female manager that never came out but her subordinates. I REALLY TELL YOU! Do not Go To that hotel I mean IT IS MOT A MARRIOT !!!! In the facts!

Siento que el Hotel está en mal estado , se ve viejo , como en obra negra sin terminar. La alberca es imposible de estar debido a que está helada. En el restaurante había que hacerlo todo sin que nadie explicara por ejemplo los hot cakes .
