The room was clean, the towels old and fraying. The bed mattresses worn out, like trying to sleep over a hole in the sand. The pool area was very nice, but could not relax and enjoy it since there were no lounge chairs to take in the sun. Nice hotel but bed mattresses need replaced and need more accommodations.

The hotel is a great little oasis of quiet right off of a crazy busy street. Staff are friendly and efficient. The food service is acceptable, and better restaurants are a walk (if you are confident enough to cross the street) or a short taxi ride away. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet.

We arrived in the later part of the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our dinner at the Prime restaurant which is conveniently located at the hotel. We will definetly come back in the near future. Oh and we love your cats!

We waited in the lounge 3-4 hours after our check in time because they had no rooms available. Kids, luggage, and all. Staff kept lying saying a few more minutes. We weren’t the only family waiting. There was a lot of people upset dealing with the same issue waiting in the lounges. Staff didn’t offer a discount or free breakfast or anything.
