Really fun hotel: glass floors and stairway, huge open air lobby, nice breakfast. The hotel design is trying for stylish, but the design details are funny: 30-foot grand stairway with no bannister -- like, cool but don't fall off or walk into the fountain/pool at the bottom! Loved my room, style choices are hard to describe.

El personal muy amable y es lo mejor de la estancia. Tanto la recepcionista, el valet, el botones y la mesera. Todos muy amables y con buena actitud. Sin embargo, hubo varios detalles que mejorar: El más grave fue que no especifican que las habitaciones con balcón tienen vista a un estacionamiento de una oficina de gobierno. Esta fue la mayor decepción de la estancia. Adicionalmente, el Internet era bastante lento e intermitente en la habitación. La zona de terraza estaba en reparación. Faltan contactos cerca de la cama para conectar el cargador del celular. Y además, la reserva indica Desayuno Buffet, pero en el restaurante me indicaron que solamente incluía desayuno continental.

El hotel está totalmente abandonado, la habitación estaba limpia y completa pero todo el tiempo con un olor a cañería, el escusado tenía fuga de agua, el piso se ve muy raspado y descuidado, subimos a la alberca y el concreto del piso del jacuzzi y alberca se está cayendo a pedazos, el personal tiene que hacer de todo, lo mismo ser recepcionista, que llevar toallas, que mover un coche etc. Sinceramente el hotel se ve que fue u. Gran hotel pero de momento le falta mantenimiento total. Los equipales del desayunador están todos rotos. El precio que pagas no vale para un hotel que dice ser de MEmber Since Collection
