The security guard is very rarely available to allow access to guests into their hotel room. I've stayed twice at this hotel. It is a nice hotel with spacious rooms which would usually get a 5 star rating from me. Communication with front desk through WhatsApp was also unsuccessful. For these reasons, I'll probably never return. Give guests access to their room without the unreliable security guard/WhatsApp messages and I may visit again.

Initial access to the lobby is very difficult. I had to find a random guest to provide me with access to the lobby. After that issue, I loved the stay! It was a great hotel!! I would love to stay here again!!
