I'm very satisfied with the property and services the only thing I didn't like is the odor in the bathroom smells like sewage not sure if that smell can go away considering that outside on puebla city streets have that bad odor too

Lo bueno que está cerca del centro. Lo malo que las habitaciones están muy reducidas y en algunas no tienen ventanas ni aire acondicionado por lo que sientes que te sofocas y hace calor.

Lo que lo que no me gustó de la habitacion es que está muy chiquita parece ratonera, la TV no se veían los canales , el ventilador no servia , y la llave de la regadera salía por chorros chiquitos y nos mandaron a una habitación que no tiene que ver nada con las publicaciones ¡GRACIAS!

Todo estuvo mejor de lo que esperaba, en verdad la habitación estaba muy limpia y agradable, personal amable en recepción. La camarista muy atenta, los servicios fueron más que buenos. Excelente el café por las mañanas :) muchas gracias!!. Sin duda; ubicación perfecta, volvería a hospedarme! .

Tuve dos experiencias muy distintas por la mañana y tarde un trato muy amable y recomendaciones por parte del personal de recepción, pero por la noche muy mal trato y terrible actitud del personal. No había agua caliente y nos comentaron que es necesario dejar salir el agua al rededor de media hora para que saliera. Se escucha todo en el cuarto, desde otros cuartos, pasillos e incluso recepción.

Me encanto la privacidad de la habitación que solicite y la limpieza de la misma. Un hotel muy centrico, que tiene a la mano el zocalo historico y demás tiendas y servicios necesarios para una corta o larga estancia. Quiza mi sugerencia sea con relación a la regadera del baño, ya que por su colocación en la pared, no permitia acceder al agua con mas libertad de movimiento. Agradezco la facilidad para la reservación y el respeto al precio establecido en la plataforma digital donde la realice. Una muy grata y recomendable experiencia.
