El hotel está nuevecito, pero por lo mismo, no tiene restaurante aún. Está muy moderno, y cómodo. Nuestra habitación tenía 1 1/2 baños, algo muy raro en un hotel. El piso se sentía con “arena”, siento que faltaba algo de limpieza. Nos explicaron que es por “aire cruzado” en Puebla. Para nuestra mala suerte, llegó una pareja en la habitación de junto que la usaron de hotel de paso (por así decirlo), y fue muy incómodo escucharlos, hasta que nos quejamos y hablaron con ellos. De ahí en fuera buen hotel, cómodo, moderno, y mayormente limpio. Estacionamiento amplio y cómodo. El personal súper amable, muy buen servicio de parte de todos.
