I showed up at 4pm to check in and nobody was there to open the door for me. So i went to lunch and came back half an hour later. Leaning lady opened the door and informed me that nobody was working and she didnt know when somebody would be at the desk to check me in. Pretty infuriating!

De entrada no aceptaban pago con tarjeta, quedaron de enviar el control de la TV. cosa que no pasó hasta que bajé por él, no funcionaba la extensión o no contestaban en la recepción, no había agua caliente y la instrucción que daban era deja tirar toda el agua fría, Se imaginan cuánto desperdicio de agua!!

Un hotel con muchisimas escaleras, nl hubo disponibilidad de cambiarnos de habitación a pesar de que viajabamos con niños y personas de la 3ra edad. No hay estacionamiento y aunq tienen convenio con un estacionamiento enfrete, esta muy caro. No hay agua caliente en el baño....te piden abrir la llave del lavabo para q salga agua caliente de la regadera....el hotel tiene buena ubicación

Pésima experiencia

El hotel se ve muy bonito y cuidado, la habitación demasiado austera, pasamos frío, la sabana y “edredón” parecía tela corriente de cortinas, las toallas muy viejas y ásperas. Por la mañana antes de las 9:00 se empezaron a escuchar trabajadores y martillazos demasiado fuertes, nunca nos avisaron que había trabajos de remodelación.

荷物の多い人にはおすすめできません

部屋はコンパクトで清潔でした。 エレベーター、エスカレーターの無いホテルですので、荷物の多い方は要注意。たまたまなのか、女性のスタッフだけで、荷物の搬入出のヘルプは期待できません。今回は一泊で利用したのですが、チェックアウト後荷物を預けて散策しようと思ったら、荷物の預かりにMX$200請求されました。しかもカード不可。ホテルの支払いはカード可なのにです。連れは請求されず(笑) ただ、一時間のみと言われ、実際には30分程度超過したのですが、追加請求はされませんでした。 立地は申し分ないのですが、いろいろ考えさせられるホテルでした。

Avía solicitado una cuarto en el cual no fue nada grato para empesar el cuarto no contaba con agua caliente,el mueble para guardar mis cosas las puertas dañadas en malas condiciones,unas tuallas olían muy desagradables en el cual hablé con la encargada y le comenté q quería mi dinero de vuelta para ir a otro hotel ella muy respetuosa mente me dijo q si gustaba me ofrecían otro cuarto en el cual lo cheque y estaba mejor q la primer cuarto estuve 3 noches y bueno estuvo regular después pero no se los recomiendo.

Pesimo, lo peor de Puebla

En verdad, fue muy mala experiencia, la peor noche que he pasado en un hotel.laa sábanas de nylon, se volaba el viernes enti frío por todos lados, la ventana del baño trabada y abierta. Ni regalado regresaría a tan pésimo lugar Hasta deberían quitarle la licencia municipal.

Muy lindo, gente amable, las habitaciones súper cómodas, wi-fi, cable, nos dieron cafetera y café para el desayuno, agua, vasos. Excelente servicio en la habitación. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Es muy poco accesible , es de 4 pisos , no hay elevador, no hay servicio de quién lleve el equipaje aunque si me ayudaron , rente la sala de juntas un día antes que llegue no me permitieron conocerlo, si hubiera sabido donde estaba el salón lo canceló , en general el hotel son instalaciones viejas , sin mucho mantenimiento, por eso precio en la misma zona hay hoteles mucho mejores , a parte me cobraron el estacionamiento y en la mañana que me asome al ventana mi auto estaba en la calle, en general no volvería ni gratis con ellos .
