Buen servicio y atención por parte del personal. Sería bueno que pusieran equipos de Aire Acondicionado en las habitaciones ya que en el verano el calor y la humedad son muy altas

El lugar es muy bonito, es comodo, amplio, solo que si no llevas coche es un problema para salir de ahi ni hay taxis ni nada en que te puedas trasladar..el personal de recepción no es muy atento en eso..

Hermoso hotel con historia, gran servicio, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Sus jardines bellísimos. Está muy cerca del castillo de Chautla, puedes ingresar caminando. Sin duda volvería!

Lo mejor el precio, la atención, la historia, las actividades, el recorrido y las leyendas. súper recomendado !!! Áreas de oportunidad: -La alberca no hay servicio ni bebidas ni una sola persona al pendiente y estaba llenísimo. -La comida a la carta es súper lenta y el servicio es deficiente no te toman la orden en el lugar y el whatsapp tardan en responder. -En recepción no te informan de las actividades, me enteré de casualidad por otros huéspedes. - cambiar el horario de la búsqueda del tesoro, ya que I es a las 12 y solo se hospedan 1 día no se puede tomar la actividad.

Ningún hotel es perfecto, la diferencia es la disposición del equipo a cargo de resolver alguna situación que se presente. En Chautal el equipo es muy bueno. Algunos detalles como caja fuerte no funcionando fueron resueltos con buena actitud y efectividad.

Tienen un buen servicio de leyendas y recorridos pero cuando llegue las habitación no estaba lista (no había toallas, ni botellas de agua) tuve que pedir agua caliente porque la ducha estaba fría , no hay secadora de cabello (hay que pedirla a recepción ). Nadie te explica horarios para acceder al parque Chautla. Todo lo demás está aceptable

El hotel es hermoso, la gente súper amable, la comida es muy sabrosa, solo que si deben mejorar su tiempo de atención para los alimentos, son tardadisimos, tuvimos que esperar 1:30 para recibir uno de los desayunos de un grupo de 10 personas. También subir un poco la temperatura del agua de la alberca y tener la opciones de snacks en el bar.

Hermoso lugar y mucho que mejorar en el hotel

Esperaba más por ser un hotel de la cadena Misión, el lugar es hermoso, pero la limpieza en la alberca puede mejorar mucho, la temperatura de la alberca no es adecuada, ya que estaba muy fría, a pesar de ser techada y mencionar que es templada. El personal de mantenimiento no quería subir la temperatura porque el letrero decia 28° y la verdad no estaba a esa temperatura o subirla un poco más y habiamos muchos huéspedes el jueves 28 de marzo que comentamos lo mismo. Tienen un maravilloso espacio dentro de la misma área de la alberca para servir bebidas y snacks y no lo utilizan, tuvimos que ir a buscar a alguien para que nos atendiera. Y los colchones de la habitación, la verdad nada cómodos, las toallas de baño muy desgastadas

Esta super bonito el hotel y con mucha historia sus instalaciones. Muy amplios jardines y muy bien cuidado. Las habitaciones muy cuidadas tambíen. Lo unico es q le faltarían ventiladores. No hay reléfonos, más con los celulares personales eso queda cubierto. En la madrugada refresca y no se siente calor, pero en el día y parte de la noche hace falta ventilador o aire acondicionado. Por todo lo demás, todo está muy bien, además, está a unos pasos del Castillo de Chautla q junto con su entorno es hermoso !!
