Perfect downtown location and excellent valet service, but the room comfort was lacking. The bathroom was clean and a good size, but the actual room was cramped with no space for bags. The beds were uncomfortable, the room wasn't very clean, and there was a bad odor. Also, carrying bags to the 3rd floor with no elevator was tough. Good for a quick sleep in a central area, but not for a long stay.

Room, while not large was very well arranged. Large shower. Clean and quiet. TV did not work, nothing solved after several requests. While not of hugh importance, would have been nice to view. Great location.

Not a large room, but arranged well. Great bathroom. Cleaning service each day.( Towels and bedding do not need to be changed if only staying two nights.) The bed was comfortable, but pillows not comfortable, too lumpy. Our tv did not work, did not seem a concern with the hotel. Great stay overall.

woldnt recomend!

photos are one thing, property looks very different in person.... i reserved a room with a street view, when i giot there i got what appeared to be the maintance room... luckily they own other hotels i the same street and were able to acomodate me into something siomilar to what i booked. because of that incident i might now stay there again!

Excelente habitación limpieza y comodidad todos los servicios excelente el internet súper rápido que es lo más importante. Pero un solo detalle en la televisión los canales locales se ven bien pero los canales de Cablevisión se ven sumamente borrosos en ese aspecto deberían de arreglar ese detalle pero de ahí en todo lo demás excelente trato de todos el personal que labora ahí y de el café el jugo y el pan que dan en la mañana excelente
