This is a great place from which to explore the Historical Center of Puebla. Lots of great stuff within a few blocks. The rooms are just OK, and if you don’t like stairs, be aware there’s no elevator. Was fine for a short visit to this very interesting and beautiful city.

As a solo female traveler, I found this hotel in a great central spot and was very happy with the spacious room and amenities. The room featured large balcony doors overlooking the street, which might be noisy for light sleepers. The staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in exploring the neighborhood. The main entrance is locked at night with a 24/7 front desk, making me feel very safe at all times. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay!

The nicest people you will meet. One block from the plaza and if you get a room not street-facing it is pretty quiet. They will keep your bags if you get there early/late. 2 small bottles of water per day. There is even coffee, tea and pastries in the morning. The ceilings are 10-12 feet and there is no elevator so you will get your workout! They are super accommodating; you just need to ask! Will stay there again, THANK YOU!!

The hotel staff were wonderful and so lovely. The property was very clean and had a great shower and toilet! Unfortunately, the traffic and sounds from the street could be heard in the room all throughout the night (quite loudly) as we had a street facing room. Also, the bathroom area, toilet and shower lights and fans were all motion sensor activated and as there was an issue with them while we were there (they were trying to get this fixed!) they would come on through the night which was quite noisy and bright. This was only an issue for me - I am a light sleeper - and not my friend who shared the room with me.

Excelente hotel. Fue un viaje familiar por 5 noches procedentes de Mérida, Yucatán. Las habitaciones excelente, el personal la ubicación megaexcelente. El único detalle es que hubieron como 2 noches que por las noches se escucha molesto ruido del camión de limpieza de las alcantarillas y eso pues no dejo dormir bien. De ahí en fuera mis felicitaciones para el Hotel y su personal todos muy atentos. Lo recomiendo 💯%.
