Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, if a bit squeaky. Bedding was clean. No A/C so it was a bit warm but there was a fan. Lobby was nice and had guest bathrooms. I bit far to walk to the city core, but a quick uber ride. City bus stop right outside hotel entrance.

20 minutes away from thr Airport. Buffet was very good ! They have serceity 24/7 on the property very friendly . They also have a pool and a small playground for the kids. Hotel it self is very clean . If you go walking around you will find bakery aor of small stores highly recommended this hotel.

The bar was not open and the restaurant only for breakfast. We were hoping for excellent coffee, but the coffee at breakfast was weak and pretty blah. Other than the above we had a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We find Cholula to be very charming. This is our second time visiting the town and we loved it all over again.

Old and shabby. Only 2 drawers to place clothes that were very small. Fan and blow dryer did not work. One of the buttons in elevator was broken. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was close to marketplace and restaurants. Would not stay there again.

You pay what you get. Really cheap price at a cheap property, you can hear everything with the thin walls. No AC and it was hot. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but the people who rent the hotel are loud. Covers are cheap, pillows are cheap, towels are cheap. Not a comfortable stay. I will not recommend this place unless you want to be awake all night. Nice parking space, and nice location.

El hotel está cercano a la plaza principal y la habitación era muy espaciosa. Las camas estaban muy cómodas. No puedo darle cinco estrellas porque las toallas de baño estaban extremadamente viejas y percudidas.

Habitación: muebles un poco antiguos , ropa de cama muy desgastada , falta de mantenimiento , decoración e iluminación muy pobre Alberca: agua tibia lo que permite hagas uso de ella aunque este nublado , falta limpieza por basura que generan los arboles Servicio: personal amable , limpieza de habitación buena Ubicación: muy cerca del centro y zona tranquila, tiendas y establecimientos muy cerca Baño: lavamanos con mucha suciedad impregnada tipo moho , por falta de cancel o cortina de baño mas larga , se moja el piso del baño con el agua de la regadera En general en mi opinión requiere modernizarse muebles, aparatos electrónicos , iluminación y decoración en general. Por el costo , temperatura del agua de la alberca y ubicación volvería a hospedarme en el hotel.
