Our stay at Casa Juárez was perfect. The hotel is very nice and clean, the location is good and safe parking is available two blocks from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were attentive to our need, helpful and accomodating. We enjoyed out stay at Casa Juárez. We recommend this hotel and will stay here the next time we are in Puebla.

Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos en Casa Juárez por dos noches, y aunque lo reservé por error, resultó ser el mejor error de reserva de mi vida. Desde el momento en que hice la reserva, recibí un mensaje por WhatsApp con una carta de bienvenida, y a partir de ahí, la atención de Martha fue simplemente inmejorable. Nos ayudaron con todo, desde recomendaciones de lugares para visitar hasta cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos durante nuestra estancia. Las instalaciones son bellísimas, diseñadas con un nivel de detalle impresionante. Es un lugar tranquilo, seguro, limpio y moderno—lo tienen todo. Viajo con frecuencia y me hospedo en muchos hoteles, así que sé reconocer un servicio excepcional, y este hotel sin duda merece un 10/10.
