We didn’t use the pool, but looked so serene. Free breakfast was really good, an actual meal! Super clean. Some reviews have said it’s musty and no air, we were in the agave room and that mini split air conditioner worked really well, a little too well lol!! Bed was comfy. Staff was very helpful and gave us all sorts of tips on what to see and where to eat - if we are in this part of Mexico again, we will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I came to Cholula for a wedding, and the stayed at casa Eva was amazing , it such a beautiful place nicely decorated wonderful staff, immaculate clean. I would definitely stayed there again.

Unser Zimmer sehr dunkel und kalt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Leider sind Hunde erlaubt. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit sich außerhalb der Zimmer auszuruhen bzw. Dachterrasse oder ähnliches. Standort ist sehr gut und zentral. Der Pool ist nicht wirklich zweckmäßig da keine Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind, bzw. nur Polstermöbel. Insgesamt macht das Casa Eva auf den ersten Blick einen schönen Eindruck, leider aber ist nicht alles so zweckmäßig. Frühstück ist sehr gut, wird aber leider auf wenige Möglichkeiten reduziert und ein Aufpreis wird verlangt. Bei dem Zimmerpreis eigentlich nicht akzeptabel.

Todo excelente! El único detalle fue que en el cuarto hay una cafetera y se cayó un poco de café y tomé la toalla facial del hotel y como la toalla tenía una mancha de café me la cobraron. Lo bueno es que en el restaurante no te cobran las servilletas por mancharlas. Es el detalle con el huésped.
