The hotel hasn’t cradel for babies, it was a shampoo made by dirty water and also the cream that they put in the bathroom was made up with water, the shower semelled really bad. The area was really noisy because next street was a club working all night long.

Elegimos el hotel en el momento. Es un estilo departamento- hotel. Las habitaciones tenian buen espacio y el baño también. La atención fue muy amable. Quiza algunos detalles como el tapiz un poco descuidado, las paredes con manchas de zapatos o propiamente de uso por lo que pudiera dar un aspecto no tan limpio cuando estaba bien. La zona segura y tranquila, esta ok

buena opcion en tiempos no de calor

el hotel esta bonito , bien ubicado y cuenta con excelente cafeteria y restaurante. pero en los cuartos esta mal planeado la ubicacion de apagadores, no tiene a/c ni ventilador, por lo que en dias calurosos mejor evitar. Su gym esta algo abadonado y tienen un buen spa

El hotel en general está muy bien. Cama cómoda, sábanas y almohadas excelentes, presión y temperatura de agua bien. Los alimentos excelentes en sabor, calidad y precio. Lo malo, no hay aire acondicionado y no hay ventiladores de techo ni de pedestal. Y las paredes están sucias, no les falta pintura, les falta limpieza. Muy probablemente me volvería a hospedar pero en invierno. Estuve en la habitación 15

SUPER RECOMENDABLE

Excelente servicio, la relacion costo beneficio es muy adecuada, las instalaciones muy modernas, bonita decoracion, todo muy limpio y muy cómodo , ademas el servicio del personal es excelente, como plus la ubicación del Hotel es muy buena y tranquila, nada de ruido por la noches y con diferentes vias para llegar rapido al centro, Cholula, Atlixcayotl, etc

Bien,lo unico es que el ruido del servicio de limpoeza a las 8 de la mañana nos desperto, No hicieron la limpieza , nos avissron tambien muy temprano, eso se entiende, solo que ya no la hicieron despues , que por que se van a las once, creo que seria justo que por lo menos alguna se quedara paea tender la cama . Lo demas excelente

Las habitaciones son amplias y muy bonitas. La atención es excelente, todos son muy amables. El estacionamiento es seguro. La único es que podría mejorar la limpieza del baño.

El edificio es muy bonito pero totalmente desaprovechado. Para empezar falta atención del gerente a detalles básicos en un hotel: toallas rotas, sábanas rotas, no hay ganchos de ropa, el internet falla etc. Pero todo eso lo dejaríamos pasar si hubiera una persona capacitada en recepción, y con una buena actitud. Lo peor de todo es que el hotel tiene un antro exactamente enfrente, con música hasta las 4:30 am, no pudimos dormir. No hay aire acondicionado entonces te mueres de calor en la habitación y no puede abrir la ventana porque el ruido del antro se vuelve insoportable. Tuvimos que rogar en recepción por un cambio de habitación en la segunda noche. La Srita fue totalmente indiferente, después de mucho insistir y hasta las 11:30 pudimos cambiarnos. No recomendamos este hotel. Hay muchas mejores opciones en Puebla.
