“Good property”

“The property is picturesque and well maintained. The rooms were very comfortable with good view of the mountains. Laundry and spa services were excellent. Food was good. Housekeeping needs better management and decisions.”

“While all of the service staff were very kind, this didn’t feel like the quality stay that I expected based on the booking cost. This is listed as a 4-star property on Google, but it feels much more like a 2-star based on the facility and amenities available.”

“There were lots of mosquitos in the room and we literally had to request for a coil. Geysers did not work n every morning we had to request hot water in a bucket n needless to tell that it takes a min of 20 to 30 mins. Food was good in the restaurant but had a very limited options. It was definitely not worth the money I spent.”
