“We were really excited when we first arrived, as the room looked lovely at first glance. Unfortunately, we encountered multiple issues during our stay. We had a recurring problem with ants, which we felt wasn’t taken seriously despite reporting it. At one point, my husband actually woke up to find three ants crawling on him.
