Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le resort est vaste, très calme et parfaitement adapté aux familles. Le personnel a été remarquable dans tous les services : toujours aimable, attentionné et souriant. Un clin d’œil particulier aux femmes de chambre, qui ont eu la délicatesse de mettre en scène les jeux de nos enfants dans la chambre, ce qui a beaucoup amusé toute la famille !

“wir hatten eine super zeit. ein paar dinge gibt es dennoch anzumerken. die klimaanlage kostete 50€ extra, was vorab nicht kommuniziert wurde. nachts war es teilweise ziemlich laut, da am pool auch nach 24 uhr noch barbetrieb war. die küche war sehr minimal ausgestattet.
sonst war alles bestens, super zimmerreinigung!”

“The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time.”

“Excellent hotel. Accommodated for our group of nine to the highest standard. The hotel was exactly what we wanted and is represented extremely well by the pictures.
Most importantly, the staff were incredible in making sure we had everything we needed and handled our group with so much respect. They were all so friendly and happy to assist with anything, always greeting us on our way in and out of the hotel.

“The first day we arrived very late due to delay, and we informed Nikos which was kind enough to wait for us.
The next day we woke up with an amazing view of the villages and the sea.
We then went quickly in the pool -and gt a little tan. The villa is close to the old hersonissos village which has amazing restaurants!!
Villa Medusa is very clean, everyday the bed was made, floor was cleaned, towels. It has a fridge for your food and water,(even ice)
The showers are clean and new and nice...
