The whole experience was very nice. Room was clean and smelled good. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The area hotel is in is quiet and close to highway access and many shopping areas, if needed.

The location is perfect, staff was very friendly and helpful, amenities very good. I like the hang out spots in the lobby to get some time out of the room. Bed was a little too hard for me but everything else was great! I would stay here again!

From the moment we entered the main doors we were greeted with a friendly front desk clerk, a nice aroma in the air - our room was clean and very nice. We got to enjoy the hot tub and pool. It was a very nice stay. The morning breakfast was a bit more upscale than a continental breakfast. Overall, a great place to stay.

I can honestly say that this was absolutely one of the best places I have ever stayed. From the moment we drove up and walked in, the experience was top notch. Front desk folks were wonderful, they greeted us warmly, told us about TRU by Hilton (we had never heard about TRU), explained about where everting was, and the amenities ie: breakfast, 24 hour coffee in the lobby, the pool table, the lounge area. The whole lobby area was fabulously decorated and comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean. Our room was just as lovely, comfortable furnishings, the beds were wonderful, and the bathroom was clean, the towels soft, and the bath products by Not Soap, Radio were really nice (I will buy them when we get home). Checkout was easy, friendly front desk, and the best cup of coffee that I had the whole trip. We will definitely stay at TRU again.!

My family and I really enjoyed the ascetic of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and seemed engaged in every conversation. The room was clean and well cool/heated. We were alittle disappointed about how cold the pool was when getting in it, but that is common in most hotels.
