We have stayed at other Microtells by Wyndham before and this stay was great. At first, we were in our room settling in, but after turning on the heat we smelled dog. Our daughter was on the mat for the window sill and it smelled horrible as well as had animal hair. Our hostess at the front desk (Elsa) was wonderful and put us in a new room. My wife is super allergic to pet hair and so this was a relief. Other than that small inconvenience it was a great stay. We were very pleased they could move us to a different room. To those that sneak animals into a no animals allowed hotel: screw you!
