Not an exceptional experience. Dirty dining area. Cook hostess inattentive. On cellphone. Initial checkin unprofessional. Charges confusing. Room was nice and clean. Would never stay at this hotel again. Gary Sievert 505-670-6349

The carpet in 118 needs to be cleaned or replaced. The bathtub was horrible. The entrance to the property has a huge pothole that was there last year when we were there.

There was an incident that took place at the hotel in a different room that we did not partake in and we were charged a fine for “loss and damage” in our room that was untouched. Do not stay here they will charge $500 for no reason

Our room was very clean and spacious! It was updated. Really nice desk and furnishings

The bathroom door was not closed all the way and so but other than that everything else was amazing!

Between the fan noise and the traffic noise someone’s dog would bark about every 15 minutes.

The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was really nice with a nice variety of items. Waffles, muffins, bagels, yogurt, granola, oatmeal, milk and juice. The rooms were really outdated. Carpet kinda gross, stains on the carpet. Bed was comfortable.
