Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and well-taken care of. Very convenient location to BYU campus and right next to a delicious Indian restaurant. Breakfast was okay…not the best breakfast buffet, but it there were enough basic items to fill our need. Just stay away from the eggs. The only problem in our room was a leaky tub faucet that left a puddle on the bathroom floor after every shower. For the price (less than $100 night), it was fabulous and I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean when we checked in. I was not aware about requesting housekeeping was part of their policy, so room was not clean during the time I was there. It would’ve been great if they had mentioned that when I checked in. I had to keep asking for towels and other things until I ask about the housekeeping a day prior checking out and front desk said I had to request it. Breakfast was ok but i would suggest to have more options and maybe a healthier ones. Staff was very nice, other than those things mentioned above it was a good stayed over all.

The motel has a good location, near BYU. The suite was big and comfy. Staff were friendly. BUT: when we needed to take a shower, there was no hot water. Called the desk; they said, "let it run a long time." We had already tried that. Checked out the next day, without taking a shower.

The hotel was just right and close to BYU. I loved the breakfast, and the front desk let me check in a little early. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. The room could've used some usb plugs and more outlets in general, but we made it work.

You stay here so that you can easily visit Brigham Young University. It delivers a decent room and a decent bed at a decent price. It's not impressive, but it's also not terrible. It's a decent place. The SpringHill Suites next door is slightly higher end, but is more expensive. The Best Western is an acceptable option for those who don't want to spend a lot, but who do require something clean and decent. I also recommend the Indian restaurant next door. It's wonderful.

This is an acceptable, budget-friendly motel located very close to the campus of Brigham Young University. The rooms are fine, the beds are fine, the breakfast isn't great but it it's ok. I ate an apple each morning. I recommend this place to anyone who needs an acceptable, budget friendly motel near BYU. The Indian restaurant located next door is delicious and well worth a try.

This place is not luxurious, but it's also not expensive. It's well located, within walking distance of BYU. I recommend it if you need to stay near BYU. It's functional and clean and gets you a reasonably comfortable bed for a reasonable price. Breakfast is ok. The waffle maker is a highlight. They have some fresh fruit. Like the motel itself, breakfast here isn't great, but it isn't bad either. It gets the job done.

The hotel has an Indian restaurant attached. Our room was on the 2nd floor right next to it. Our room stunk so bad. Especially in the morning. So bad our clothes also smelled of the restaurant smells when we left. We wouldn’t stay here again for this reason.
