The staff is super friendly, there is beach access across the street and the view is beautiful. Downtown is roughly a mile away and with that being said, we will always stay there when we come back!!

The rooms are small, but who cares? The Cape is for the outdoors, and this hotel is a great place to lay your head at the end of a fun day. The beds are extraordinarily comfortable, the rooms super clean, and the staff very nice and helpful. Just across the street lies the Cape Cod Bay, a great place to swim in high tide, and to explore in low tide. Highly recommend.

The room and bathroom were immaculate. We enjoyed the view. The man at the front desk was funny and kind. We did not eat Breakfast here so I can't comment on that. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The beds and pillows were extremely comfy. I would return to this hotel in the future.

The view was amazing and I loved that they had their own spot with deck chairs and Adirondacks on the bay side where you could watch the sunrise and sunset. They also provided beach towels that came in handy. The property was quiet and well maintained. The room was on the smaller side but spotless and we were there to see the beach anyway, not the inside of the room. :) We'd definitely return.
