The staff at West Bay is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The beach is amazing and the waters are stunning. The entire resort is clean, rooms are beautiful and equipped with everything you need. If missing something, all you have to do is ask. Would definitely stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at West Bay Club. Turks and Caicos is a beautiful island but the people are more beautiful. The staff Lloydeka, Roshana, Ralph and Giovanni made my stay delightful. The food was really good especially off the resort and all my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. I will be back !

Close proximity to the airport. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, from making dinner reservations to taxi reservations, every repeat met with a smile. My room was spacious and clean. If you are looking for a quiet, low key vacation this is a great option.

Great property, we had a wonderful stay. More dining options on site and a convenience store would have been nice but they took great care of us. There are a few dining options within a 10min walk. I would recommend having a rental car.
