Family of four; we stayed here for three days. Brenda is accommodating, very helpful, and friendly. There is a security duty at night to keep everyone safe. Close to Mr. Gruper's restaurant. Overall, the stay is great.

We are a family of 4, we stayed for 12 nights the staff was great always available to assist, room was comfortable, the beach is literally a 2 min walk distance (i timed it) and it's an incredible beach (grace bay) we would come back for sure.

So nice to be welcomed with friendly smile and helpful tips. The room was cleaned and convenient for everyone including families. Very spacious and roomy. The beach is a short walk away but they offer to drive you . Make sure to ask before heading to the beach for an umbrella and chairs . If you don't rent a car they offer bikes to ride into town which is a 5 minute or less bike ride. In town there is a local convenience store for quick necessities. Keep in mind that mostly everything is imported so it can become quite pricey. But if you plan accordingly you can make due. For a good local cuisine a 10 minute walk up the road to Mr. Groupers will not disappoint

Went there for my birthday, we got an upgraded room however I was still upset about the setup. Property Management (Brenda) made up for it. Decorated my room for my birthday with flower petals and bought me complimentary birthday cake, champagne, and a card. All a surprise! Wonderful and kind and caring staff, really made up for it! Will be returning. Much appreciated made my birthday one of a kind extremely special. Thank you Tides and thank you Brenda! :)

Clean room, hard working staff, great location right off the beach. Plenty of parking. My kids loved having a room that walked out onto the pool. We walked to the Bay Bistro for an easy breakfast, and Hemingways at the Sands was an easy walk for dinner. Not far from SaltMills plaza either. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Just a 1-minute walk from the beautiful beach! This hotel made our stay so easy and relaxing. Plenty of free parking right at the hotel, clean and comfortable rooms equipped with all the home-like amenities we needed. We especially loved that fresh beach towels were always available by the pool — such a thoughtful touch that made beach days effortless. Highly recommend for anyone wanting convenience and comfort right by the beach!

Room and property were nice as expected. Very helpful staff when needed. Would be nice to see the beach access, that’s not directly attached to this property by the way, it’s a public access, be updated to support the style of the property we stayed at. Overall it’s a good place to stay and we enjoyed our trip with the Tides. Location is also very good for pickup on the beach for certain excursions, and just a short 10-15 min walk to “Town”.

The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean, which really allows you to relax in an environment outside of your own home! The staff are extremely helpful! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk behind the property and can be seen depending on room view. The property also has a golf cart and staff able to take those who have ambulatory concerns. The washer and dryer in the room are a great amenity to have because of the beach days. Stephanie who works at the front desk is caring and concerned with guest needs. The island is about 35 miles so if you rent a car, everything is within a good distance. Important: driving is on the left side of the road (opposite of USA).

The stay was fantastic. Try to bring bug spray as the mosquitos are alive and well at night time no matter where you are on the island. Everything else was immaculate. Clean room, staff was super helpful and kind, beach views all day, and free parking if you are renting a car. Do remember at about 11pm the gates close so you can't really leave with a car. The office and gym are usually open pretty much 24/7 so if you do need assistance do not fret. Weather is kind of random depending on when you go, so don't trust your weather app completely.
