The front desk was very attentive to our needs. If you need anything for our rooms, in less than 2 minutes someone was at the door to bring it. The room was perfect for our family. if I ever go back to Turks and Caicos, I will stay at the Sands again.

Beautiful hotel, perfect relaxed beach vibe. Everything is incredibly maintained and we loved the small building peaceful architecture. Service was great: staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help with every need. Beach in front of the Sands is huge. Lots of room for lounge chairs and umbrellas. Doesn’t feel crowded like other hotels.

The staff, the staff, the staff-nothing short of fantastic, kind, respectful and the most helpful people (especially the concierge Desiree). Perfect location with the cleanest conditions outside (on the property) in addition to inside the room. Everything needed for your stay is on the property (restaurant, shopping, etc.) but if needed there is a shopping plaza in perfect walking distance. Great selection of pools with a beautiful beach view. Would definitely stay again.

Resort was very clean, rooms very comfortable well put together and the balcony was larger than expected. We enjoyed our time here and the location has shuttles to take you to the sister resorts too. It is walking distance to many other shops / restaurants. The only downside is there is only one restaurant but it was very good and lower priced than others. Staff was extremely kind. Overall would book one.

This was our second time returning to The Sands. The rooms are spotless! Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. Hemingways is amazing! Great food and the best waitstaff. The beach views can’t be beat and there are plenty of lounge chairs to relax by the ocean. Someone is always there to lend a hand if needed. I can’t say enough about The Sands! It was a great experience and we can’t wait to go back!

Our stay at The Sands was wonderful. Our 2 bedroom suite was so spacious and most importantly clean! The kitchen had all you could need if you wanted to cook a meal. The beach is absolutely GORGEOUS!! The water was calm and beautiful. We were within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and Gracebay supermarket (which I recommend if you'll be cooking your own meals). If your a dog lover, they have Potcake Place K9 Rescue. You have the chance to interact with the dogs and walk them along the beach. Nothing negative to write about this resort and its amenities. I must say that the island is pretty expensive. However, you would expect that since everything is imported. It's a must take trip!

This is a very nice property. It is not luxurious, but well-maintained. Suite was spacious and comfortable. Amenities are not abundant and in good shape. For a budget oriented traveler, I would recommend it.

My friends and family had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel was peaceful and intimate. The staff were all very pleasant and supportive . Hats off to Meshell Especially .She was awesome. She made sure all our needs were met and made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean, and lastly, the ocean was breathtaking. It was the most beautiful I have ever seen. I would definitely revisit.
