We had an amazing stay at the Ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos. Beach and the property is so beautiful. Staffs are so great and made our stay memorable. Special mention to front desk guest assistant Tina and Kids club staffs Christina and Addy. Our kids also loved this place and didn’t want to leave at all. Thank you!

The property was beautiful but small. The property consists of the lobby, pool and beach. There was no entertainment other than a guitarist playing in the lobby in the evening. I did like the convenience of renting a bike to explore. The property is in walking distance to other restaurants and the grocery store, which is great due to not having many food options on the resort. You can get an all day food pass for the resort but it doesn’t make sense if you plan on going off of the resort. Very clean property but I honesty feel as though for the price I really only enjoyed the room cleanliness, my view and the beach.

We had a great week long stay in late August; yes it’s hurricane season but there are hardly any tourists around!!! Great staff at the Ritz:Including Latoya and Theresa at the restaurant and Calvin at the pool. This was our second stay and WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Our stay was amazing! The service and food were excellent, and the staff was incredibly attentive, checking in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. They went out of their way to accommodate my aunt, who uses a wheelchair, which made the experience even more special. The massages were wonderful and very relaxing. The only areas for improvement would be updating the rooms with newer technology, such as Bluetooth speakers for phones, and modernizing the gym facilities. Overall, everyone truly went above and beyond, and we had a fantastic stay.

Compared to other Ritz-Carlton resorts, this location is smaller but that lends to such a unique and relaxing experience. You don’t ever have to compete for beach or pool chairs and the location can’t be beat as the resort is on Grace Bay and there are so many food options within a quick walking distance. The staff and service was impeccable and I had the time of my life with my family here. I’d so back in a heartbeat.

This is you sign to book Ritz. Everything was perfect, the beach is a DREAM , we dont even look the pool , the beach is a giant pool. The sunset is stunning, and the service was great. The food was amazing inside and outside the hotel. The island is no overpriced as people said , i mean i live in Miami, so the price are the same.
