I had an amazing stay at this hotel while celebrating my birthday in Turks and Caicos! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They truly made my birthday trip feel special and made my entire stay so pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated how attentive everyone was. I would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Staff was great from the day we arrived to the day we left. One of the young ladies went out of her way to find someone to clean a conch shell so she could bring back with her. Room was great and well maintained, only thing I would have preferred was a coffee maker instead of an espresso machine. We loved to proximity to the beach as it was an easy 5 min walk if we missed the shuttle they run between 7am and 7pm. Would highly recommend staying here. I know my wife and I will stay again on our next trip.

Although this property is not ocean front, they have golf carts that take you to grace bay beach where there are chairs and umbrellas for guests staying at the oasis. I just returned and everyone here was wonderful especially Stacie at the front desk. Going at the end of August, it is not crowded and the weather was perfect. My son and I were upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bath with full kitchen unit. It was beautiful. There are 2 pools on the property, they are small and most days no one was in them. We did eat breakfast 2 times at the restaurant. Food and the smoothies were tasty. I am looking forward to returning next year.

Second stay - enjoyed our stay. Everyone is kind, helpful, and rooms and property are clean. My only complaint would be the e-bikes. They could use a tune up - some bikes are truly in poor shape and in need of repairs. The property is conveniently located where you don’t need a car, and I would recommend the Oasis to any of my friends.

My best friend and I’s stay at Oasis was truly wonderful! All the staff members were so kind and helpful. Whenever we needed a taxi or had any questions about which restaurant to go to they were so helpful! Our room always got cleaned and the property itself was always clean. We got the shuttle right away and got towels on the beach! Truly wonderful staff and wonderful place to stay at! Thank you!

The Oasis property has an appealing combination of style, affordability, cleanliness, and a central location. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of great restaurants and downtown area. The staff consistently provides a welcoming experience. While the rooms are a nice size, guests should be aware of the potential for mosquito activity. Although there was ongoing construction on an adjacent property, it did not cause any disturbance during our stay. Furthermore, it is important to note that the island itself is a high-cost destination, so budgeting and pre-planning of dining options are highly recommended. Overall, our experience at the Oasis property and on the island was very much enjoyable, and we can't wait to go back.
