Absolutely wonderful staff! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond during our stay. I accidentally left something behind after checking out, and they were incredibly helpful and even offered to assist me with getting it back. That level of customer service really stood out to me. I truly appreciate how attentive and caring the staff was and would definitely recommend staying here!

Best priced stay in this area. I woke up and went outside to enjoy my coffee and kept smelling sewer gas for some reason. It has a short walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, the AC worked well.

Location is perfect. Walk to the beach is across the street. Super market is a few blocks away. There is construction around but that is everywhere on the island. The bar next gets loud but didnt bother us. Love this place!

honestly i had a great stay. the property is in a great location and all the stores, restaurants and market are very close, only 5-7 minutes walk and so is the beach. the property is very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. would definitely come back..

I gave this hotel a 3 star because although the staff was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately it was not up to my standards and I had to depart after 1 day. There was no hot water in the room but they did fix the issue the next day once I was already preparing to leave. The room was extremely hot although the ac unit was cold, the placement of the ac is not good for cooling the room because the beds are behind the wall where it is placed and I went over the summer when it was extremely hot. The location is perfect , everything you need is accessible with no longer than a 10 min walk. I wish it worked out

The property was perfect for the one night stay we needed. It was spotless, with the most comfortable beds, very quiet, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach, and short ride to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return when visiting or stopping by at Providenciales.

We had a great stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and very convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything met our expectations. The only downside was having to carry our luggage up the stairs without assistance. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again.

We liked the smallness of this hotel and the location. Close to many restaurants, the beach was wonderful and just a short walk, and the pool- although small was perfect. We also appreciated that you could swim in the pool early morning or late evening. We would stay here again.

Pros: our room had a full kitchen & the property provided complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas & daily fresh beach towels plus kayaks we could use. Located right in the center of Grace bay there’s tons of shopping & restaurants in walking distance. Staff was amazing, they text daily to see if we needed anything and were quick to bring it to us. Housekeeping was wonderful, always kept our room clean Cons: it’s not a luxury property but it’s exactly enough. Located a block off the beach it’s a 3 minute walk or parking available right at the beach access if you want to drive over. Your view is only construction & rooftops but the comfort of the room outweighed any cons

The hotel was very cleaning, had adequate parking, and the front desk staff were awesome! Adrian and the other assistant were very pleasant and helped me obtain a taxi whenever I needed it. Housekeeping is daily and they actually clean the room for you not just move things around! The property is conveniently located to everything you need and you don’t have to rent a car.
