The beach (2 minute walk away) was absolutely gorgeous! The pool area was pleasant, but many of the umbrellas were broken and the lounge chairs were dirty. The room was great! Very comfortable and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was horrible! Almost impossible to get clean in the little trickle. Good location for restaurants and stores. Overall, great deal.

We were locked (electronic) out so many times on our trip and when we would call (no one at the place) they said, we can’t see you trying to get in. Clearly something wrong, the 2nd to last day they finally gave us a key. No cover on the bathroom window, no body wash in the dispenser. But the location was good and it was fairly quiet.

I was bitten by so many mosquitoes, my legs are so itchy and have a lot of red dots from mosquito bites. The bathroom did not flush properly we have to plush it 4 times so it will work. other than that turks and caicos is a great plce.

The South Fleetwood property is an excellent place to stay in Grace Bay! It's a short walk to the beach and a shot walk into town, with dining and shopping nearby. The unit was newly renovated, and the pool was relaxing.

We loved our stay at the South Fleetwood property. The villa was quaint and had everything that we needed for the week. It was clean and pleasant around the whole complex. This was an absolute gorgeous Villa, we stayed in studio 2 and really enjoyed it. The beach is 2 min away and within 5 min you are downtown and have dining an shopping options. The studio offered beach chairs, and an umbrella. While you don’t need it for grave bay beach (they have beach chairs) we used them for the other beaches we went to. We would definitely rent this gem again.

Super cute and just the right size and amenities for a couple to enjoy a few nights. Nice to have the private pool and super nice to be able to walk 1 minute to Grace Bay Beach. Loved that it was gated. Excellent and highly recommended and this is coming from someone that hardly writes reviews!
