Great location!! Minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping. The room was cleaned and the AC on before I got there. The bed were clean and soft, and there was plenty of storage. The pool was well maintained and a perfect place to tan by the sun. It was very clean and comfortable, and I would book there again.

We loved our stay! Ariel was an amazing concierge. The breakfast pastries were so fresh and delicious. Condo was well stocked including so many beach and bath towels. And they provide voucher cards for free loungers at the beach. The property is a bit dated and the pool a bit small, but the value and location are 10/10.

The size of the condo is decent. It has kitchen, washer and dryer for laundry. The host offered continental breakfast (croissants and coffee), nice addition to food we prepared in the suite. The grounds and the room were very clean and well kept up. The furniture was in good condition and comfortable. There were plenty of towels to shower and use at the beach. Excellent location, close to everything. We didn’t rent a car and used a taxi twice. Can walk to anywhere at this resort. Beach access is a 3 minute walk. Great place to stay in Grace Bay! A 5 minute walk to the beach with lounge chairs available to use and walkable to many restaurants… 15 minute walk to the local fish fry on Thursdays and also to Coco Bistro/cocovan in the other direction. Also walkable to convenient stores and a grocery store. Room was clean — not super modern but it has everything you need! Breakfast pastries and coffee available in the morning if you are looking for something light. Management was very accommodating when we were delayed flying out due to a snowstorm back home. Would definitely come back here in the future!

Room was clean and ready for check-in. Staffs were super helpful and respectful of privacy. This hotel had everything we need such as cooking pots, coffee machine, plates, utensils etc. but we only used the kettle for hot water for tea. Overall, everything exceed my expectation.
