This hotel was absolutely beautiful!! It was extremely clean, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was amazing, the pizza and avocado tacos were the best!! Make sure to go to the bar and order a drink from Alphonce!!! He makes the best drinks!! It’s a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach and they have complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas!! We can’t wait for our next stay here!!

Staff were incredibly nice. Beautiful new hotel. Managers were helpful, kind and worked really hard to ensure we were happy. Mama juju, who is often working in their boutique, but also helps hosting in the restaurant, is the absolute sweetest.Customer service was best at our hotel, and better than anywhere else on the island that we visited including at the Ritz. The gym is tiny but well equipped. Would highly recommend.

Hotel Indigo was a great home base for a first timer to Turks! Every meal at the restaurant was fabulous. You could tell that they were still training staff but for just opening weeks ago, they went above our expectations. They had a private beach area with plenty of chairs and umbrellas just minutes from the hotel (either walking or through their golf cart shuttle). Don’t forget to ask the front desk for complimentary snorkel gear to explore everything the beach has to offer. I can’t wait to see what the rest of the IHG hotels currently being built will bring.

This hotel is like a boutique hotel. Two levels, two sides. No elevator. A small rectangular pool. A place to eat. A fitness center. A gift shop. Very very clean and crisp place. Food was good, not great. Drinks were good, not great. If they could improve the beach access and have amenities at the beach I would rate this 5 stars. However it’s quite unpleasant to get to the beach, to get picked up, and to have nothing down there from them but a few chairs and umbrellas. If you call to order know it will take on average an hour or more to get a drink or food down to you.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Indigo Turks and Caicos. The property is newly opened and has a relaxed, boutique vibe. Everything felt fresh, thoughtfully considered and clean; the rooms were both comfortable and inviting. What made the experience especially memorable was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful, always ready to accommodate with ease and kindness. While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is just a short four-minute walk away. Once there, you’ll find loungers and umbrellas waiting and the water is absolutely stunning. We spent time snorkeling every day and never tired of it. It was a beautiful, easygoing stay from start to finish and a trip we will remember fondly.

New property! The room was clean upon arrival ( I did not use housekeeping services). The hotel was also maintained very well during my stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed on the 2nd floor with a pool view. Security is present however, there is no real system checking guests so anyone can enter property and access elevators to rooms. As a solo traveler this is important to note as some rooms(like mine #256) face the street so passersby's are able to see which room you are entering. Outside of the property you have a lot of buildings under construction, with that being said I came out one morning to see a dead rat in the parking lot. The staff cleaned it up pretty quickly but I would not recommend walking the area. The beach shuttle was always available and I had no issue securing a beach chair and I went various times of the day(towels are also provided). I ate breakfast once and it was ok. The coffee shop baked items are hit or miss. My muffin had an egg shell (at least I hope that’s what it was) baked inside of it. Needless to say I ate in town. The hotel will arrange taxi services for you and the wait each time I used them was less than ten minutes.
