We stayed here when we added 2 nights before our stay at Beaches where we were meeting our neighbors. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was perfect for what we needed. Accommodations were perfect. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We happened to be there for Easter Sunday, and they had such a cute easter egg hunt, crafts, games and winners!! They even had a surprise visit by the Easter Bunny himself. I couldn't be happier with our experience. We rented snorkels for $5 and loved snorkeling at the reef. The pools were all awesome. Can't wait to return!

The beach was beautiful with amazing snorkeling right off the shore. We saw so many beautiful fish and a stingray! Our bungalow was perfect, clean and spacious. We requested a roll away bed and they delivered one right away. The washer/dryer combo was a great amenity. We loved being right next to the pool which was very clean and warm for a nice night time swim. The staff were so wonderful, especially the woman at the coffee bar in the lobby and Lovely at Pelago. The only negative (a very minor one) was that we requested an upgrade months prior to our arrival because it was listed as a perk for the higher Expedia status and it wasn't even considered once we arrived. Just keep that in mind if requested. That aside, we ended up really loving our bungalow and would go back in a second!

Overall very good stay with excellent staff. Small suggestions: expedite check-in. There is no reason is should take an hour to get someone to their room on a slow day. Some people just want to get to their room and not have a tour of the resort. Need more towels in rooms, at least equivalent to the number of guests in the room, which is known at check-in. Need napkins in lobby coffee shop.

A wonderful reservationist at WindSong upgraded us to a beachfront unit, and it was fantastic. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The units are very comfortable and easy to live in. The location, and all the amenities--the white sand beach, dining in the dunes, watersports, and sparkling clean pool, are all within a very short walk of the units. WindSong is a place to rest and relax but also a great spot to have fun, and that we did! We'll be back!

The majority of the staff was very friendly. The restaurant on- site has a limited menu and your experience will depend on who your server is. Some were not happy people. This resort needs an activity night every night or some fun things to do l, especially with kids. The rooms were beautiful, clean and the washer / dryer was a plus!
