We've been to Turks five times now and this has been our favorite property. The location is so convenient and the condos are updated, spacious, and just lovely. The beds are beyond comfortable! We'll definitely be back. Right in the action for New Year's Eve fireworks two hotels down without all the extra crowds and noise. Loved it!

Beautiful views, awesome property. Great place since it is mainly owner occupied. Our favorite place on the island. Not many children makes it a great place for couples. No need for a car since every thing is walkable.

It was so quiet and luxurious, never had to run first thing in the morning for a beach chair. Very easy to get around, right on Grace Bay. Walkable to everything including many shops and restaurants.

We loved our view and location with the ease of walking to want we needed. The staff are beyond excellent and guests were friendly, we played pickleball and enjoyed meeting people. Also the room was nice. Balcony amazing! The property is not huge so it’s just so attentive and an amazing pool and beach. Can’t say enough good things about it.

The property is excellent. Staff was great. The nightclub that is 100 feet from the entrance is a nightmare. From 11pm- 3am. Super loud dj yelling and music.

This’s a great place to stay if you want to spend a few days in this island without breaking your bank account. I was not disappointed on what all it offers because I stayed here few years ago and now everything is even better. This isn’t a hotel per se but a rental apartment property, so you should know the difference and what to expect in terms of amenities. Definitely I’d return to this property If I’d like to save some money and use it to have a meal at the various good restaurants within the area. Overall very good experience

We loved the property. Staff was very helpful. Our room was beautiful. Clean and modern. Nice kitchen and large doors opening up to the oceanfront balcony. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Extremely convenient location-easily walkable to many restaurants and shopping and a grocery store. Quiet vibe as there aren’t very many rooms-the pool, while beautiful, was often nearly empty. Only downside was the music from the nearby club at night. Not terrible, but definitely noticeable in our bedroom.

Outstanding staff, clean rooms, beautiful views, 24/7 security, a very quiet property with few very young children around. Convenient to shopping, grocery, and restaurants, most walkable within 3/4 of a mile or so. Very well lit walkways at the main road. It is a bit expensive, but for this area, I have learned that is a bit relative. There is not much more available for much less than we paid. Overall, I would say I got my money’s worth.
