Such a great hotel! Perfect downtown location, easy parking. Very helpful staff - they went out of their way to get us into our room at 10am which was most appreciated after our redeye arrival. And the coffee shop inside the hotel is AMAZING!

I stayed at Neptune Hotel in Providence for one night and enjoyed my experience. The boutique hotel was small but clean, quiet, and had all the basic necessities we needed. I especially liked the ambiance, and the complimentary beverage upon arrival was a nice touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Nice hotel. The building has an interesting history. They did a great job renovating the building/space. The hotel has a nice style. Much more interesting than most hotels. I’d like to stay here again. Everything was very clean. Great coffee at the coffee bar in the lobby. Old fashion elevator. I didn’t get a chance to go to the bar downstairs, but I would next time.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It’s eclectic and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our first room had some difficulties with the shower and remote control…small things. It’s in a great location and the theme is fun, as is the karaoke. My biggest complaint - please put some hooks in your bathrooms! There is no place to hang anything.

It was a great hotel- staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. The only reasons I gave it a 4/5 is that the room was rather sparse and dark and the elevator was over 100 years old and showed it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was available for every thing I asked and very kind in answering. There's a full kit of hairdryers in the bathroom so if you're looking for staying there you won't need yours. There's also a really nice restaurant right below the hotel, but it's quite expensive: worth every cents because the food and the staff are amazing, but if you're tight with money I don't recommend it. Just a very little bit noisy because there's also a karaoke bar near the hotel but it's reasonable. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent staff, easy parking and check in process. Clean bed and shower, quaint room had a unique old fashioned feel. Great location. We parked once for the weekend, walked to dinner, a show and back for the evening, then checked out and hopped on the bike path. Convenient, good price.

Staff was very friendly, hotel has a beautiful retro style, very clean, a lot to offer right indoors. Fine dining, bar, karaoke lounge, walking distance for night life. Overall great experience. Definitely worth the money. Parking not included but public lot next to the hotel offers a very discounted rate for guests.

Staff and decor of the Neptune is excellent. Great vibe and cool space. Only rating the stay good, because the beds are very uncomfortable. They have very soft mattresses and pillows with no support. This was the case at the former iteration, The Dean, but we were hoping with the new branding, there would be an upgrade! I wish I could say I would return, because we love every other aspect, but we both slept terribly 2 stays in a row.
