The quality of the room and the amenities were fabulous. The boutique nature of the facility. The staff were wonderful. It as a great location to stay in downtown Providence - close to most everything. Very enjoyable and reasonably priced for a high-end hotel.

Hunter at the front desk was very professional and pleasant. The valet staff were excellent as well. Would definitely stay again while in Providence. Bellini downstairs was excellent for a lovely dinner after a long day of travel.

This is the best hotel in Providence if you want stylish elegance and excellent service. It’s a small property but that makes it intimate and more personal. The Ciapriani restaurant is also outstanding. Close walking to RISD, Brown and all the sights of Providence. Recommend highly!

I have stayed here multiple times now! The staff and everyone are always very accommodating. Such a nice change from the standard chain hotel experience such as Marriot and Hilton. They do an incredibly nice job when it comes to the boutique hotel experience.
