Staying at the Hampton inn Pawtucket has been a very good experience altogether. The woman at the desk was very helpful and very pleasant. The room is great and we really enjoyed our dinner at Azul. Food, decor and service were top notch. That the restaurant was attached to the Inn was genius.

I have stayed at this property several times in the past few years, and never had a bad experience. This trip was different. I had made reservations for 2 nights - Saturday and Sunday. I checked in Saturday evening after a long, tiring drive. Sunday morning I found to my horror that the toilet was totally blocked. The room should never have been given out under those conditions.

The hotel was very clean and everything seemed to be new and in good shape, and the heater was quiet and worked well. We had small problems in our individual room in that the night light wasn't working and the bathroom door was very loud and squeaky. Also there were no tea bags and no extra blanket in the room.
