After calling several times to have our toilet fixed we were forced to request a room change after over 12hours without a working toilet . At checkout there was no mention of a courtesy credit for our inconvenience, will not be booking with Crowne Plaza Again.

Great hotel gave stayed many times. Night prior and night ending our vacations! I did miss the 24 hour room service which is perfect for 6am and midnight flights. Still, nice rooms, great sleeping and transport to and from airport!
