“The room was quite comfortable. I stayed in the winter and there was no heating, but the blankets were sufficient to stay warm. Two towels are provided, but there is no soap or toiletries. The room was serviced daily, but I had to ask for toilet paper. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to miss and is a locked sliding door. Sometimes the staff at the entrance take a while to open the door. The location is a eight minute walk from Rosebank mall. It is a nice place to stay at a reasonable...

“Habitacio muy amplia, cenamos en el restaurante varios dias y la comida estaba bastante bien. El personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudarte. La cocina no cuenta con menaje por los que está mas orientada a calentar comida preparada. Cuenta con servicio de transfer a la Plaza Nelson Mandela.”

“Very kind staff. Very serviceable. Nice hotel y classic style, in good shape though not new anymore. Only to mention that there is too much noise in the entrance of the room (from water tubing or ventilation?). Also the windows don’t close hermetically although with good weather outside this is not an issue. The shower is fixed on the wall, I prefer a tube with shower head. The hotel is well prepared with covid measures. The restaurant with garden terrace is beautiful! Many restaurants and shops...

“What a gem. We had a quiet mid-week stay. But it’s a small space so I would think even weekends shouldn’t feel too busy. Food and service were outstanding. Some short hikes available on the property as well. ”
