“First impressions were good , clean hotel and room , friendly staff and very relaxed . First evening we went for dinner and found it odd to not be greeted at restaurant doors or shown to a table or for someone to explain about dinner options Drink choices were very limited but what we did drink was good quality . Bar staff were very good and attentive . On our last day we went down to reception about late check out as we were told on check in we couldn’t book in advance . Reception told...

“Absolutely phenomenal place to stay when visiting, the gentleman that greeted me at 2am to check in was extremely pleasant and didn’t seem bothered by how early it was. The apparement I was in was clean and beautifully presented, the bed was very comfy. I had everything I needed and more. The food at the Cj’s was amazing and all of the ladies there were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to any visiting! Thank you to the staff!”

“All the staff were very helpful and understood any questions and resolved them well. The room was cleaned every day. Would stay again”

“Air-conditioned and had everything we needed. All-inclusive was a bonus. I thought it was room-only, so that was a happy bonus.”

“A pesar de ser un hotel muy grande es tranquilo. Tiene 3 grandes piscinas. Puedes ir a pie a una pequeña playa, hay restaurantes cerca. Para ir a alguna playa más grande es necesario coche pero está muy bien ubicado en una zona muy tranquila. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y todo está en perfectas condiciones. Variedad en el desayuno. Personal muy amable ”

“This hotel is rignt in the heart of Protaras. Any room you have you will hear live music from at least 3 bars which are all next to the hotel. This is definatly not a hotel you stay in, if you want quiet. Even with the balcony doors closed, you can hear the music till 3am. But you do get a beautiful sunrise with the McDonalds sign in the photo!! The breakfast selection was OK. The plastic fruit was a not good as many people thought it was real. It would be nice to have a piece of fruit to...

“We had an amazing time and really enjoyed our stay there! Great location, good food and amazing views from the hotel...100% TOP TOP TOP!”

“Sauber, sehr gute Lage und freundliches Personal. Strandtücher für das Meer”

“Excellent service, great people who are giving their best for a good service. The hotel is more a 4* rather than 5*. There is no iron in the room? Thats not normal for a 5*. The opening hours Of the gym and pool can be improved, they close when everybody arrives after the The gym has no weights! And in the pool the dishes are coming in polysteryne!! Not in a normal dish. ”

“We had the best time. Loved location. Host was extremely helpful definitely booking again.”

“Perfect location, spotless, freindly staff and great price.”

“Amazing stay at this hotel, we would 100% return. We booked a partial sea view room and were upgraded to a full sea view room which was a lovely surprise, the view was great and the room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the staff in the restaurant. We had the all inclusive package, all drinks are included and the lunch menu in particular was great. The ONLY thing I disliked about the experience was that people were actually running for sun beds on a morning...
