I'm not sure where to start. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff is attentive and accommodating when it came to any questions or requests I had. Take a whole day to enjoy the pool area and spa options! Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety which included some local and homemade options. There's an open air walkable market area adjacent to the hotel with many dining and shopping options. All in all a great stay!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Prishtina, steps away from dozens of restaurants, shops and general people watching. But if you want to relax at the hotel there are plenty of options at the spa. Staff were super friendly as well.

There is a lack of suitable places to plug in using usb connecting cables. In fact, there are none. Then… fortunately I brought adapters when you leave the room power is cut off to the plug.

Harassed at the breakfast

To first name the positive aspects: It’s clean. But I was massively disappointed about the breakfast. In a 5 star hotel I expect not to sit in a loud crowd with people that video chat with their friends. Even a youth hostel takes cares that something like that doesn’t happen! To avoid that I took my stuff to sit more far away from the noise, which lead to a verbal attack of the guests “what my problem was?” All that under the eyes of the hotel staff that didn’t step in! I will definitely never book this hotel again!

The people who stand at the entrance never great arriving people, at least not the ones that are arriving with anything less than a Mercedes. When I arrive the first time, I told them that I am an Expedia VIP client and will appreciate an up-grade. The lady in the reception told me that because the price I paid with Expedia was not so high, they can't up-grade me. I told them that this is really a bad excuse, only then they gave me the up-grade. Room 433 I do not recommend to stay; the air-condition is broken and it is too cold in the room, not possible to adjust. The good news: as I have written in the beginning, it is probably the best hotel in the Balkan. Rooms are beautiful full of amenities and the SPA is superb.
