The property was very well maintained, clean and well appointed. It also is well located to enjoy Pristina. The most outstanding feature of the Hotel is its staff. They are friendly, professional, and wonderful to deal with.

Great modern accomodation, very clean and luxirious place. I would come back the staff were all exceptional. Alketa the front desk person was amazing from before we arrived they were prompt to answer all my emails and requests from arranging airport pick up to early check in. When there they were very pleasant and helpful with helping me navigate getting around and supporting other questions. Great service, they made my stay even better 😊

The Hotel was clean on arrival, its mainly aimed at business professionals, we were tourists. The room was clean comfortable the balcony and chairs were a lovely addition, especially as the sun was shining. Disappointed with housekeeping, would just throw the quilt over not make the bed, did not replace essentials, ie shampoo, tea bags, clean cups. Spoke to lady at reception the second day, got an apology and tea bags and stirrers. Was washing tea cups myself, not a cheap hotel so you expect that service.

No , there is not beautiful view ,just see an apartments building. No balcony . It was an inconvenience. When I came back overnight. I was knocking the entrance door for 40 minutes. Also, weather was very cold

Kiva hotelli.

Hinta-laatu ihan ok. Sampjen juomien hinta jostain syystä vaihteli 3,50-5 euroon,mikä on todella outoa. Aamiainen oli erittäin suppea ja kuulemma :" vain 1 lautanen" eli jos otat omeletti,niin et saa hedelmiä, jos kahvikuppi,niin toinen on exstramaksu.. Ei ihan keskustassa,mutta 15-20min kävelyn etäisyydellä. Muuten ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu,siisti ja puhdas hotelli.Suosittelen!

Das Hotel war wirklich schön! Alles verlief total unkompliziert – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, vor allem den Rezeptionisten namens Roon, der uns sehr zuvorkommend betreut hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Beim nächsten Mal sehr gerne wieder!

Ağustos 2024’te açılan yeni bir otelmiş. Bu nedenle otel oldukça bakımlı ve temizdi. Bazı eksiklikleri vardı ama önemli şeyler değildi. Lokasyon Nene Tereza bulvarı gibi turistik noktalara 15-20 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde. Yokuş olması tek kötü yanı oldu bizim için. Ama genel olarak hem otelden hem de personelin sıcak hizmetinden memnun kaldık.
