Vacations Close To Principal Beach

Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.

Great, great, great for couples. Avoiden high season you will receive the best service ever. Quite a beautiful place. I'll be back!!!

This is my first time in Ixtapa and me and my family had the worst experience ever the staff was extremely rude. The food was a five out of 10 the rooms were not cleaned whatsoever. I think it’s overpriced for the experience we have.

The food was good but the properly needs some renovations.

The hotel is beautiful, and the concierge staff are amazing. The chef’s team is also very friendly and welcoming. The only issue we experienced was theft. We lost a speaker on the first day while our carry-ons and personal bags were being transferred to the room. The next day, my friend also lost $500 in cash after the cleaning service visited the room. Overall, it’s still worth visiting, but I would recommend carrying your personal belongings yourself and keeping all valuables securely locked in the safe.
